NYC Creative Producer
Tessa is a creative producer in New York. In part due to her own multicultural background, she strives to work with new creative voices, challenging the status quo.
She has worked with a diverse group of directors, creatives and agencies on a scale of projects, from original content for Google, adidas and Kraft to original brand campaigns with Vice. Her film work includes two 30 for 30 ESPN Films, That’s Harassment written and directed by Sigal Avin (Losing Alice). Her documentary work has taken her across cultures, whether it’s in the streets with the next wave of black skaters with Ron Brodie, or the DIY garage rock scene across the United States with Aaron Brown. She has been nominated for a Latin Grammy Award on Bomba Estereo’s “Duele” directed by Sam Mason.
Outside of her commercial experience, she has explored a passion for social justice in ways that are equally fulfilling. She is a participant of the Papel e Caneta program, the result of which was #asktransfolks, an awareness campaign for the trans community that brought together executive advertising creatives, strategists and activists.
